I took my own advice (see poster above) and my family and I had a great Father's Day weekend at Lake Lanier Islands located in Georgia. Since my husband cannot take off that much time from work, I wanted to plan something fun for him that was close to our house. Well, we do not live near a beach, so I guess the lake and water park was a great substitute.
